10 Acacia Place, a project by Livingsprings Communities Realty and Development Corp. (LCRDC), scored two awards at the recently concluded 2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards. It bagged the 5-star Best Apartment/Condominium award in the Development category and won the Multiple Residence Award in the Architecture category.  

10 Acacia Place is the only residential condominium property to bring home two awards for the Philippines. The 5-star ranking is the highest national award available.

The entries are judged by 80 industry experts, with criteria emphasizing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
